How to we load the large film video in matlab?

I tried by using Videoreader function,but error is coming like

codec is needed for loading the video.

How do we load the codec in matlab?

Long ago one of my student batch downloaded the C code for H.264 . It is laborious but take a chance download and build it to read frames.
