Hello, I am currently studying a protein and its energy minimization. I have tried a few tools and that includes YASARA server as well. I have received the results via email. I noticed the format for the results file is an .sce format. How can I view this results and how do I interpret this? any form of guidance can be very useful.

There are other programs (Google ".sci file extension", but the most likely in your context is scilab (Open source software for numerical computation). See: https://fileinfo.com/extension/sce, Wikipedia : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scilab

.sce files are a proprietary file format used by the Yasara modeling/MD suite. It contains the whole 'scene', including atomic coordinates, a simulation box if present and a couple of settings incl. the appearance of the molecule(s).
To view it you need Yasara on your computer. A basic version, Yasara View, that can be used to view the energy minimized structure of your protein can be downloaded for free from the Yasara website: http://www.yasara.org/products.htm
With the software you can then also save the minimized structure as a pdb file to work with it using other programs. Nevertheless, Yasara is quite nice work with.
