How to verify the seizure and normal events frequency using matlab?

From the datasets having clinically induced seizures. I am getting seizure event frequency ( 0.7 Hz - 3.12Hz ) and normal event frequency between ( 0.3-0.7Hz), sampling frequency is 200Hz after applying DWT. How to verify that seizure and normal events frequency i am getting is correct ?
