I did a survey where the participants give vote for each question (Agree, disagree, etc). The years of experience varies among the participants, some of them are experts and some are novice. Say that 90% of the responders said that they are Agree on all of the questions in the survey.
How can I statically find the relation between the survey's result and the participants' years of experience in order to verify that 90% agree on the survey's questions?

A cet effet, je vous propose pour les échéances à venir de procéder au préalable dans votre protocole à une catégorisation minutieuse et rigoureuse des informateur ou de la population cible.
Ayant déjà fait votre enquête, il est important pour une meilleure présentation des résultats d'établir une échelle d’ancienneté ou délimiter des classes d'années d'expérience et mettre ensuite ces dernières en rapport avec leur accord ou leur désaccord avec la question posé.
Thank you Gaetan Mawoh , actually I did what you mentioned which is categorizing the years of experience, however, the problem is that I have 50% of the votes in one category, I need a way to tackle this issue.
Known-validity eveidence is generally a poor indicator of measurement validy.
