How to use the RPL, DRPLDT, DRPLDE and DDSDDT variables in a UMAT subroutine for a simulation of coupled temp-displacement in Abaqus?

I am trying to do a UMAT subroutine for SMAs, but I have found out that is neccesary to include the RPL, DRPLDT, DRPLDE and DDSDDT variables in it because of the coupled temperature-displacement steps in the simulation.

Does anyone have experience in this? Because i dont know how to work with these variables (I have only seen researches who have problems with the convergence when they include them but not many examples about this).
