I have a question related to the Seigel scale for severity assessment and that is if a patient is hospitalized due to some drug and has reported 6 adverse drug reactions for example, neutropenia, pancreatitis, bladder cancer, headache, rash, cough, then how would I be able to tag the ADR or classsify the ADR on the basis of Hartwig and Seigel scale or how would I be able to find that which individual ADR caused hospitalization as there are multiple ADR in practicing?
I have to put the ADR as Level 1, Level 2 and so on. (hartwig and seigel scale)

Here you have to apply your clinical acumen to judge which among the listed ADRs was an immediate threat to the patient health and necessitated hospitalization e.g. neutropenia/pancreatitis.
Assigning levels to severity to ADRs: depends on suspected drug (continued/discontinued/changed, other treatment required (antidote/ICU admission etc.), hospitalization, LOS in hospital, permanent harm or death. I don't see any difficulty in assigning severity of each ADRs.
