What are the scores you are using (from what measure, and for what attribute(s)), from what kind of examinee population, and how are you intending to use the scores? These are the key questions which must be addressed before launching into any discussion of how scores might or should be "adjusted" for some application.

Having said that, the link you gave is simply a listing of linear transformations of some fairly well known score scales, coupled with the qualitative descriptors which the author/s probably thought were suitable for something or other. Descriptors like these are historically not uncommon among measures of intellectual functioning, but are most likely unsuitable for other types of measures or even intellectual functioning measures in this day and age.
