For webinars and youtube courses, look up hatari labs on youtube. Saul is one of the best ModelMuse teachers out there. As for documentation there's plenty available in the USGS page, both for MF6 and MM.

Regarding the difference between MODFLOW 6 and ModelMuse, MODFLOW 6 is the newest version of MODFLOW, which is a code for groundwater modelling, while Modelmuse is just a graphic interface (GUI) to make MODFLOW (2005 or 6), PHAST or SUTRA models.
