Does anyone have experience of SBP tag as immobilization method with neutravidin/streptavidin? I purified my protein with sbp tag, now I want to immobilize it with neutravidin or streptavidin, but I have difficulty to achieve this coupling. Does sbp tag also bind sufficiently with neutravidin or it just binds with streptavidin? Does anyone has suggetsed protocol for sbp-streptavidin binding protocol?

I haven't found any references on using the SBP tag with Neutravidin or avidin. Considering the low degree of sequence similarity between streptavidin and avidin/Neutravidin, I think it is unlikely that the SBP tag, which is a 38-residue peptide, would bind with high affinity to avidin/Neutravidin.
