How to use ABAQUS program simulation soil creep behavior ?

I have use ABAQUS to simulation soil creep. In my soil model, the elastic part is follow linear elastic model, the plastic part is follow Modified Drucker-Prager/cap model and the creep part is follow Modified Drucker-Prager/cap creep model with power law model. I create a cylindrical specimen part and apply the isotropic pressure around the model. The boundary condition is use

roller at the bottom to fix the displacement of the model. The element is use C3D8 element.

My question is when i simulate soil creep, the ABAQUS will show as follow

Warning:

The strain increment is so large that the program will not attempt the plasticity calculation at 8160 points.

Excessive distortion at a total of 8160 integration points in solid (continuum) elements.

Error:

Time increment required is less than the minimum specified.

Can someone encounter a similar situation, please help me to solve this problem.
