hi dear Mohammad Abdallah i do agree with Philippe Fournier Viger that to get familiar with concepts and techniques from the field of data mining / data science about how to analyze data to find meaningful information or models. you can read some of my collected research papers on such fields from here: https://github.com/mobassir94/ML-DL-Research-paper-Collection also i would recommend this comprehensive repository to you, check this : https://github.com/zziz/pwc
after that you should read more and more papers related to big data and only focus on the area of big data that matters to you most and you find most interesting,i believe that a good habhit of reading research papers related to your field regularly will tell you where to go and what to do/learn next
To start big data field, one should be known about data type. Secondary data is easy to access but have problem to find gap. While primary data need efford and solid background.
So, it depends on time and availability. If someone have time than it is better to go for primary data.
I would suggest reading about Big Data in the healthcare sector, which faces challenges in managing diverse medical data stemming from multiple heterogeneous sources.

I would suggest getting enrolled in online training courses on bigdata and finish a project related to application of bigdata which will help you to get an idea on its application in health care.
There are several important lessons that need to be mastered: - What is big data, - for what it serves, - What are we looking for in big data - which are the basic tools for searching for legality in big data.
As a big data professional, one should be comfortable in using programming languages to query data from hadoop databases and also should be able to write crawling algorithms to extract unstructured data from web. Typically streaming with hadoop databases can be done using languages like Java, Python or R.
Big data became very broader nowadays. I would like to classify the research trends in big data in the following three directions.
The first one itself is designing new tool or technology for big data handling and processing, or enhancing/improving the existing tools for better performance and utility.
The second one is re-designing the traditional algorithms on big data processing platforms for scalability and efficiency for big data. Some such kind of research works can be found in my profile.
The third kind of research work is application based. That is employing the big data platforms and tools for designing big data enabled systems or applications. For examples, developing big data enabled health care systems, banking systems, social media analysis, and many more.
Dear Colleagues and Friends from RG, The current technological revolution referred to as Industry 4.0 is determined by the development of the following advanced information processing technologies: Big Data database technologies, cloud computing, machine learning, Internet of things, artificial intelligence, Business Intelligence, Virtual and Augmented Reality and other advanced technologies of Data Mining. Below I have listed a few technological fields and branches of the knowledge-based economy which have been rapidly developing in recent years, in which analytical technologies carried out in Big Data database systems are used. I propose the development of scientific research in the field of analytics carried out in Big Data database systems in the following topics:
1. The use of information systems, ICT and Industry 4.0 information technologies, including Big Data, Business Intelligence in building and improving specific models of information technology management in organizations.
2. Big Data technologies are used in analytical processes carried out on large data sets obtained from websites of new online media and in their protection, i.e. in the development of cyber security technology.
3. The development of marketing in recent years is determined by the development of Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence etc. analytical technologies and the development of open innovation on the Internet.
4. Industry 4.0 technologies, including Big Data analytical technologies are also used in the development of transaction systems and transaction security in the field of e-commerce and online banking.
5. In recent years, Big Data technologies have also been used to improve risk management processes.
6. In recent years, the impact of the implementation process of ICT information technologies, new media internet technologies, including social media portals and Big Data advanced data processing technologies has been noticed in research processes conducted in scientific research.
7. In addition, in recent years Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence etc. analytical technologies are also used in many other fields of industry, services, production technology improvement, in medicine, biotechnology, in forecasting the future development of complex processes in various branches and sectors of the knowledge-based economy.
I conduct research in this area. The conclusions of the research I published in scientific publications that are available on the Research Gate portal. I invite you to cooperation.
