Hi,

I am searching for a good method to stain or reveal (visually) protein aggregation in plant cells. Does anyone know a good protocol (Dye?) that is selective for aggregated proteins (of unknown composition)? I was thinking about Nile red but this one stains also Oilbodies and I wouldn´t know how to distinguish.
