I just trying PSIM 2020a (PSIM Pro Package) and am running a simulation with Thermal Module (using MOSFET (database)) when I get this error message.
Error Message: Error: One of the output values is out of the numerical range. This is most likely caused by a division operation where the denominator is 0.
Then, I try to search online and found others have the same error related to the C block. http://bbs.21dianyuan.com/thread-225850-1-1.html
So I try to disable the C block in my circuit and the simulation run just fine. However, I need to use the C block to control the gating sequence. I try to play with the parameter value and equality operators but still don't find any solution. I don’t see what’s the problem as I don’t use any division function or any zero denominator value.
Is anyone having this kind of problem with PSIM? If so, how you solve it? Is there any tips on how I can fix this? I don’t have any issue before by using ideal MOSFET.

I think the problem is deep in understanding the system and how the simulator works.
Do not rely on the simulator to completely solve your problem.
You yourself must know well:
-The physical model of your system
-The mathematical models which means the basic equations and the boundary conditions describing the model
- The solution method used in the simulator which may contain matrix inversion.
In this matrix inversion operation their may arise the division on very small values.
- Normally the the dynamic range of the computer is limited while in the physical system the range of the quantities may be much larger especially when the system is large containing regions which are completely on completely off region.
We observed this error always while we solve for the large area devices.
There must be methods to overcome such too large physical dynamic range.
One of the methods to restrict the solution area and increase it with time such that one gets the whole system solved.
You have to make more investigations to overcome this problem by your self.

The problem is in the code...
I suggest to use terminals to connect the C block with gating block and then test in your code each output (one by one) by making it equal to zero... then you will know which parameter is causing this error.

Thank you Samer Saleh Hakami , however, I don't have this problem by using the same coding and circuit model in PSIM 9. This coding also works fine in PSIM 2020a if I'm running the simulation with Ideal Mosfets.
Thank you for your answer, Prof Abdelhalim abdelnaby Zekry . Yes, I think I will try to look more on the model and simulator, maybe there's some limitation and work around it.
