As Pankaj says the most used softwares are Abaqus and Ansys. There are some more softwares that simulate the compaction depending on the constitutive model you are going to use.
If you want to consider the realistic sample response at compression then you should consider the evolution of micromechanical properties of every single powder particle in your powder collective (i.e. the so-called sample). For this, I recommend using discrete element method to study your case in softwares such as EDEM or PFC 3D. Hope the answer is helpful.
