Is Simulink really what you need to use? Is there specific need to use it? LTSpice is the industry standard, free and easy to use.

Your circuit contains active rectifying devices which complicates things, and you clearly omit them in your parametric models. I will simulate your circuit in LTSpice and post the results, just to show you how much easier it is. Since LTSpice also has a frequency domain analysis for AC sources, it becomes easier to derive the related s-params. An added bonus of LTSpice is that it allows the entering of realistic component models. Thus, MOSFETs, diodes, etc can be based on real devices. This is clearly a great advantage from a practical, engineering perspective.
