Dear Tharindu Ranathunge, unfortunately your question is rather vague and general and is thus difficult to answer unless you provide a few more details, e.g. what does the acid mixture consist of? My guess is that you could try to extract the glucoside with diethyl ether.
Dear Prof. Frank T. Edelmann , I agree with you, my apologies. My question is rather widely pronounced. However, it was based on my investigation to separate cyclo-dopa-glucoside from betalamic acid. This is as a result of betanin hydrolysis. I wanted to isolate betalamic acid. Thank you for your previous answers.
