The sample was made by mixing the powders of the 3 components and adding a solvent. I cannot find 3 peaks for the 3 components but I get a cumulative peak area of the 3. I tried 2-3 methods till now as per the research article but none of them are working.
Are you analying by HPLC
What is your column and mobile phase?
How is your column? Is it in good condition or dried for a while.

I am using HPLC. I tried the Litchi fruit article method but I got a cumulative peak. I got the peaks separated using a method in chinese compendia and using an ion pair reagent (TBA) since I was using a C18 column.
