Currently, I m working on the synthesis of nanoparticles using leaf extract and I m receiving a very little amount of end product. So to get more end product what are the techniques associated with it.
Do you mean you are using Leaf extract for reducing nanoparticles from some precursor of those nanoparticles. If it is the case you haven't dwelt upon the precursorused and kind of nanoparticles you got. The bioactive compounds in extract must have been responsible for reducing the nanoparticles. How far these bioactive compounds are strong or weak reducing agents. Further what about capping or stabilizing agents? Have you maintained a proper stoichiometric proportion of reagents and extract? Did you use appropriate extraction method to recover the extract to the maximum? Did you use proper solvent for extraction? Did you separate the solvent for purification of extract. As there are host of issues all the procedures have to be followed strictly to obtain better yield of nanoparticles.
