How to reproduce box-and-whiskers plots given by REST2009?

I used REST2009 for statistical analysis of my data. The final data given by the software were box-and-whiskers plots as indicated in Figure 1. I wanted to extract the raw data (File 2) in an excel file and reproduce in another software (Prism, Sigma plot, or OriginPro). Could anyone give me a suggestion how to reproduce the graph from this raw data file? Thank you very much!
