Before starting, describe any and all data screening steps that were taken to assure that data points were legitimate, and any steps for handling missing data are fully explicated.

Next, report on checks of manova assumptions and any data modifications that may have been made as a result.

Third, be sure to report all the relevant descriptive statistics (including correlations among your dependent variables).

Fourth, report the results of the overall manova test, using whichever test criterion (e.g., Wilks' lambda, Hotelling's trace) you decide to embrace. If the result is statistically significant, then you'll want to follow up with appropriate tests (which could include traditional post hoc tests multivariately, and/or univariately, as appropriate).
