The following hypothesis is represented as H1 but not clearly indicated.
Hypothesis 1: SMEs credit quality has a positive and significant effect on firm performance.
Use "fail to reject" or donot reject" rather than "accepted"

If the findings suggests positive and significant at per your satisfactory level or statistically proved then hypothesis may be accepted and if it is not then rejected.
It is a general practice in social science research.
Your reviewer is suggesting that you make explicit your alternate hypothesis. If it is "Hypothesis 1: SMEs credit quality has a positive and significant effect on firm performance. " it should be included in your narrative or if it is not specify in your narrative exactly what it is you are trying to test.
The next point is more subtle and requires a reflection based on your particular setup and careful examination of dependent and independent variables. When the reviewer says:
'Use "fail to reject" or do not reject" rather than "accepted" '
What this means is that you do not have sufficient evidence that you can state that the alternative hypothesis can be accepted and further research is necessary.
