I would like to know if there is a method to remove acetic acid (around 3g/L) from an aqueous solution containing Glucose, Xylose and acetic acid.
I just want glucose and xylose in it.
Rotary evaporation under vacuum is not working well.
Any kind of suggestions will be highly appreciate.

Membrane electodialysis is used for off-line or in situ removal of organic acids, mainly lactic acid and acetic acid. I believe, you want to separate it from a fermentation broth as you mention glucose and xylose as well. There are studies on that particular topic as well. Here is an example paper:
