I am currently using FDA and PI for sperm viability. The challenge, during analysis (especially for live sperm, which are stained by FDA, there is a green background that affects the visibility of sperm for evaluation). I have tried to play around with the concentration, but there are still no changes.

Any advice on how I can work that out? I have attached pictures for references
