At first, check solubility of inhibitors in mobile phase. Use the same sample preparation as for sugarcane bagasse (standar cenriguge and filter 0,45 µm ) and work in estimated linear range. Good luck!

Hi,

It's hard to quantify all the inhibitors in one test using HPLC. You can choose different detector (RID or VWD) to run the test. Good luck!
