How to prepare a photoanode of DSSC using GQDs supernatant solution ?

GQDs are synthesized from GO using ammonia solution.After hydrothermal treatment the solution was filtered using 0.22 micrometer membrane. Finally to obtained GQDs as a supernatant liquid.

Can anyone guide to prepare a photoanode.
