Dose the Particle Size Distribution, PSD, of the products of Jaw and Gyratory crushers depend on the feed PSD?
The technical manuals of some crushing machines show that PSD of the products is just a function of the machine characteristics (e.g., Open and Close Side Settings).
Literature also shows that the Witthen’s Classification – Breakage model is widely used to estimate the PSD of the crushers’ products. How the breakage matrix is generated in this model?
