Precision farming has different dimensions. Basically which aspects (viz., nutrient management,plant protection, genotype suitability, water, etc). These are to finalized seperately. Better decide how you wish to start and you will get help.Goodluck

Thanks Shashikant, you mean integrated land, water and health management is precision farming . Other aspects ate site specific land water and nutrient management based on GPS and GIS database.

Better first assess the native nutrient status and optimise nutrient supplementation,may through SSNM.

also if you really think of precision farming you should have minimum 20 ha laser leveled big farm .....with all tools of precision farming like GPS, Arc GIS software, LCC,SPAD, Sensors, and a good planting material too.....
