I am facing some difficulties on performing the Orthogonal Polynominal Contrast test to determine the effects of increasing treatment dose on body weight. Currently I am using the SPSS v 25. I need to know the process /methods for performing the Orthogonal Polynominal Contrast test by using SPSS v25. The following Table 1 (attached file) contains the sample data on body weight and Table 2 express their mean and standard error of mean. But I want to calculate the contrast in table 2. How to perform the Orthogonal Polynominal Contrast test in SPSS?? Could you please help me??

Textbooks of old used to include this sort of information routinely.
For four levels (dose 1, dose 2, dose 3, dose 4), one set of orthogonal polynomial coefficients would be:
Linear: -3, -1, 1, 3
Quad: 1, -1, -1, 1
Cubic: -1, 3, -3, 1
