Hi, I have reflectance spectrum of an object obtained using spectroradiometer in sunlight. I have obtained hyperspectral reflectance image of the same object using a hyperspec camera at the same time. Now using envi, extracted spectrum from pixel at a location where the object is present. Resampled spectroradiometer spectrum to same wavelength values as that of hyperspec. I want to directly comparing the two reflectance spectra (spectroradiometer and imaging spectro) is valid or should I consider normalizing one of the spectrum with respect to the other before comparing? If have to normalize, please let know how to do that. Please find the attachment of file containing spectra plotted in a single plot (ground and drone). I want to do get clarified before developing atmospheric model for the data. Please help!
