Innovation work behavior of the employees and innovation climate can be consider as good indicators of innovations ?

Dear Elizabeth Kousina,

In my opinion, a good way to analyze the level of innovation in action, generate innovation in public sector institutions is to conduct surveys among managers and heads of departments, departments in these institutions.
