I need steps for measuring the Fatigue endurance and retention of polarization. I soft. There is no option for these measurement. They have other option like P-E loop, hysteresis, I-V, leakage etc.
If you already have a ferroelectric tester (Radiant technology), No doubt it is a pretty costly set up costing more than 40 to 50 lakhs, the supplier must have given you a manual and simple instructions to do the simple fatigue measurements. I would suggest you to carefully go through their instructions. You should decide at which frequency you are cycling the sample.
probably they have not included this option for fatigue measurements in the instrument supplied to you. Just check with them. Sometimes they charge extra for other options.
