How to match frequency dependent soil stiffness with frequency of force excitation to maximize accuracy of result in winkler spring & dashpot model?

I have calculated stiffness and damping coefficients to represent dynamic soil resistance by applying solution presented by Novak et al 1978 and Novak & Sheta 1982. I want to know what is an appropriate way to match frequency dependent soil stiffness with frequency of force excitation to maximize accuracy of the result?
