I tried to make a composite polymer using Prussian Blue powder and PEDOT by mixing them in 1:1 ratio. Unfortunately after few minutes prussian blue particles settled at the bottom of the flask.
When I use PVP for stabilizing PB, it works well but when I coat it onto a ITO glass it doesn't show electrochromic behaviour. I think PVP acts as a insulator therefore blocks the Lithium ions for diffusion.
This is why I wanted to use a conductive polymer like PEDOT to stabilize sedimenting PB particles.

Thank you for your answers. Unforunately I am looking for a spraying method to be able to deposit the material. I have tried electrodeposition method but film homogenity was bad.
Do you think is it possible to make prussian blue and PEDOT or PANI composite sol?

What conditions did you use for the electrodeposition, and what working electrode? This is one work wherein a PEDOT film was electrodeposited. (http://pubs.rsc.org/en/Content/ArticleLanding/2014/MH/c4mh00066h#!divAbstract). I'd suggest trying to vary the ratios between the PB and the EDOT monomer.
You might succeed using a combination of spraying on the PEDOT precursor mixture, curing, and then washing the PB sol into the PEDOT using a modification of the method described in "'Stuffed' conducting polymers" - https://www.researchgate.net/publication/239208071_Stuffed_conducting_polymers
