If similar projects are done previously then what kind of matters should we include in our introduction portion to make it different from others? Point to be considered here is that all facts and figures to be included in its introduction portion are already written by others.
In such case , should we just write the similar things as previous and cite them or else?
Each project should has its own research question. Different research questions lead to different facts and presentation in the introduction.
In case we revisit same research question of other projects, at least some new contributions should be created at the practical or the theoretical levels, otherwise there is no need to do another research on the same research point.

@Claire Su-Yeon i meant to say the basic definitions, historical backgrounds are already mentioned in similar research. In this case how can we show the same historical backgrounds unique?
