How to make instruments if want to run dynamic panel threshold using 300 firms ?

I think the number of instruments coming from period = K+P[P*(T+1)]/2 where k= 8, P = 8, therefore the number of instruments I have = 63

The question is how can I build separate instrument data in order to run dynamic threshold using Kremer's Matlab code
