You may try absorption by the polymer of solvent vapours. Crazing should be observed if the polymer is vitreous, i.e. at a temperature below Tg. If not enough, repeat absorption - drying cycles, and for sure you'll finally get a cracked surface.

Thanks. I used the crosslinked polymer. the adsorption and drying method would be helpful. At the same time, i wonder if any methods can be used to create the regular microcrack?

Depending on how the final result should be the different techniques may be used.

Among them, the surface treatment by the heavy xenon ions irradiation at different angles

Or surface treatment by an ultrashort pulse of laser light

Simple baking or thermal oxidation can result in micro-cracks.. but it depends on the thickness of your sample and degree of crosslinking.
