My moderation results using hayes process model 1 shows the results as follows
interraction term (b3) is negative (0.0532) but p value is less than 0.05 and 0 is not falling between LLC and ULC
The conditional effects values - as moderator value is increasing the effect of X on Y is decreasing
How do i interpret the result.

It sounds to me like you have interpreted it. As moderator value is increasing the effect of X on Y is decreasing. I have not downloaded your attachment, so I do not know if there is some substantive data presented there, but whatever your moderator is -- as it is increasing, it results in a diminishing of the relationship between X and Y. The interpretation depends on what X, Y and the moderator theoretically represent.
