I have started working on modification of test cell for lithium spinel cathode using Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. I am an absolute beginner to this technique and it is very hard for me to correlate the theory with the physical application. Kindly recommend me some literature for interpreting the data from Impedance spectra.

Definitely I recommend you the "bible" of impedance spectroscopy by Barsoukov and Ross, I suppose most people using IS know it:

in my opinion it is very valuable book, both with science and techniques etc. You can also find a lot of interesting data and texts on prof. Ross webpage.

There are many more books, but I think these two are a very good starting point.
