I want to validate control scheme using DSP and Hardware setup, which i design in MATLAB simulink. So is there any reference guide book, which can guide me through every step from prototyping to generating code in Simulink or PSIM and test it on prototype.
In PSIM it is very easy to interface your power converter whith TI28f335 using Processor in the Loop (PIL) provided in PSIM (This capability is provided in PSIM10 and higher versions). PSIM added another power full and low cost target which can also be used in PIL tests (28F379D: PSIM ver.12). In my opinion its a powerfull tool to test your control algorithm whithout having the physical system ( actual power converter). You can visit PSIM home page for further information and guidance.
You may check whether your DSP has its Matlab Tollbox Support package and if yes then it will be easier to implement your control scheme.
I have been using Texas Instrument's C2000 F28335 micro-controller for my design. This integrates really well with Simulink.
@wasim soliman can you suggest me DSP board for power electronics application. Especially for multilevel inverter??

Waqar Uddin please go to "Add-Ons" in MATLAB then select "Get Hardware Support Packages" and in filter window type DSP then you will get latest Support package along with the hardware boards.
Waqar Uddin I am using TMDSEZ28335 Texas Instruments and It works fine with three-level inverter.

its really easy, as matlab provides great platform for rapid prototyping. Texas instruments controllers have their libraries in Matlab addons, install it. Also, install code composer studio as without that, your code wouldnt compile. You need to look out for controller having enough memory, amd which can work in both modes e.g. flash and direct (room). Mostly while interfacing simulink with controller there are memory issues, so better to look for it, before. you can use DSP Texas Instruments 2812 or 28335 control board to generate different PWM signals to drive the converters. Noted that the DSP 2812 is fixed-point type and 28335 is float-point type. Moreover, the FPGA can aslo been combined with DSP28335 for more flexible applications.
DSpace is a powerful tool for interface between hardware and MATLAB also there are other cards do this interfacing. These cards varies in their performance as well as their prize.

You can use Proteus software, which is used to test the experimental components as presented in real implementation such as code of PIC or Arduino microcontrollers.
