I need to plot few graphs using gnuplot. So while installing gnuplot for windows, I am encountering error 267. This error means the file is not in directory. Is there anyone experienced installing gnuplot in windows without any error? Can you guide me? I'm looking forward for a advice from you all. Thank you so much in advance.
Rinaa Ramesh You can use the package manager Chocolatey. It will download and install gnuplot as well as any dependencies.
First, you'll have to install chocolatey. If it works anything like homebrew, you'll probably have to update it as well.
Then, you have to choose which gnuplot version you want. Here are the gnuplot versions they have ( link: https://chocolatey.org/packages?q=gnuplot )
Ultimately, you'll give a command like :
choco install gnuplot
An easy method is to install scoop (windows package manager).
Install scoop by executing this in power shell,
iex (new-object net.webclient).downloadstring('https://get.scoop.sh')
After scoop execute this in command prompt
scoop install gnuplot
