How to install an Apk in the background without user confirmation?

By using Intent it getting alert for confirmation rather than this any other way to install .apk without getting user confirmation?

adb shell installs silently, but requires a usb connections to pc. Many phone manager windows app use this way to install daemon app on Android.

If you want to install APK to android silently on the phone directly, try to acquire the root privilege if the phone is rooted.
