I am doing a master thesis on spatio temporal data and I would like to perform a spatio temporal variogram using R. I have lots of data ( around 200 000 observations). The problem is that the function variogramST() takes too much time (depends if I take a very small susbet of data). I really need to use this function to continue working on modeling. This function is very time-consuming.

Do you have any ideas of how to tackle this issue ?
