How to have database open street map data for iran?

I want to do urban project iran. with open street map. this is free data and i know the website of open street map but not just visualize, i need to download the data for iran to my database. i don't see this option in website for download. please help

Please search before asking questions. Especially answer to such a question could easily be found by Googling.

Geofabrik is the place to look for downloading OSM archive, for all the continents as a whole, or individual countries and states (depending on the size of data).

Another option is to use JOSM software to download OSM data for a selected region of interest.

There are even more options. Search and read. Good Luck.
