How to grow Campylobacter jejuni in lab?

I have tried them growing on Bolton Broth and then growing them on Campy Cefex Agar, and Blood Agar, under the microaerophilic conditions using anaerobic bag. But no growth.

This sometimes can be tough. make sure that your primary stock is alive.

Instead of using blood agar (which is not reduced), you should try anaerobic blood-containing agar, like Shedler or similar. This is particularly important if your initial stock is not in a good shape.
