There is an error: My collaborator Andrea Tarazona has not been ascribed to University of Valencia, where she is working, but erroneously to Valencia Catholic University Saint Vincent Martyr
Her right department is "Department of Microbiology and Ecology"
Her University and Department are correctly written in all the papers she has authored.
Please, can the ResearchGate team fix this error?

Her (correct) university is the only body that can fix this error. Unless you mean that the error occurred in a publication, in which case the editor(s) of that publication should issue a correction.
If you are talking about her Researchgate profile then she can just go and change it herself. If you are referring to a publication that is already published then it is too late to do anything about it other than request a correction by the publisher as Roger Bayston mentioned.
