Drying the products at higher temperature (where solvent is a high boiler) is sometimes not feasible due to thermal stability of the products. Convective Drying is one of the solution where gas with less concentration of solvent can bring in contact with the solid to make mass transfer between solid surface and gas. I would like to know how to find out the drying rates in this type of operations. Please suggest the books or if you have any data regarding this please provide.
