Just contact an engineering firm in Canada that works on pavement design projects. They will be glad to share with you data (traffic, material properties, climate, subgrade, etc.) about one of their old pavement projects.

Pavement can be modeled by first studying the traffic flow on the road i.e. the axle load to which the road will be subjected. Then site or laboratory investigation of each layers property is required for input and modelling using software. For instance Ever stress Software.

To model pavements with three layers (one rigid and one flexible) in Canada, it is necessary to collect this information from the design offices responsible for diagnosing and prospecting pavements affected by deterioration.

What I need is material properties of pavements in Ontario. I'm going to obtain temperature- and traffic-induced stresses. The LTPP website seems quite a complete source for the material properties of every cross-section, but when you detect further, you see that almost always one layer lacks the input data (for example, resilient modulus for the base layer, in Alberta, is not reported at all!).

Yet, my colleagues and I arrived at a conclusion that we can use another source, say a particular paper, as complementary data, though the best way might be a method named "back-calculation" to compute the missing resilient modulus for the base layer.
