How to find direction of max radiation i.e. (θ max,φ max)?

Given e_0 =sin(θ), how can I find the direction of max radiation i.e. the angles theta and phi max?

Dear Maurice,

Does e_0 mean the total electric field?

If yes, then for finding direction of maximum, equate sin(theta) to maximum value of sin i.e.+/- 1. From that u will be easily able to find out the value of theta.
