I'm trying to feed a monopole antenna with a CPW feed using the waveguide port. I followed multiple videos and answers on this forum but the line impedance is not matching with the calculated parameters from the CPW line calculations. When I simulate this design, I get a line impedance of 63 ohms. Whereas the calculator says it should be close to 50 ohms

Hello,
I suggest you add a cube on top of your substrate with the material of the Vacuum. This cube is better to have a large height. After that, define your waveguide port such that it covers this Vacuum cube. This way, you would get a better result. In my opinion, you have to consider the Vacuum on top of your substrate.
