I am trying to do DNase digestion using the Turbo DNase kit by Life Technologies. According to the protocol, at the final step, I have to extract the RNA sample with phenol/chloroform to inactivate the TURBO DNase. I want to know the ratio of Phenol/chloroform (mixture) as well as the volume of phenol/chloroform (mixture) that one should use for inactivation of TURBO DNase.
